Cremation type, casket, urn and any ceremony can be settled afterwards, calmly. We quote everything in full first, and instalments can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

- Yes. Our aftercare line runs 24 hours a day, every day. Call or WhatsApp 8959 4043 and someone will talk you through what to do next.
- How quickly can you collect?
- In most cases we can arrange collection within a few hours, depending on the time and where you are. We confirm a time with you on the call so you are not left waiting without an answer.
- Can you collect from a vet clinic or animal hospital?
- Yes. Tell the clinic you have arranged aftercare with us, and we will collect directly from them anywhere in Singapore.
- What should I do while I wait?
- Lay your pet on a towel or blanket in the coolest, shadiest room you have, curled the way they usually slept. Fluids or stiffening after a few hours are normal and do not mean anything went wrong.
- Do I have to decide everything on the phone?
- No. We only need your pet's name, roughly their weight, and where they are. Cremation, urn and ceremony choices can wait until you are ready — and if cost is a worry, instalments can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
